Cancellation

1.Can I cancel an order after it is place? 

                                                                                                                                                                                                                           You can cancel an order within 24 hours of such order being placed with no fees.  For orders canceled within 24 to 72 hours, there will be a processing fee. You will be eligible for a partial refund of 75% of the order value. After 72 hours of order being placed, there is no cancellation. Please email our customer service team to begin the cancellation process. Once a cancellation request is processed, it cannot be reversed. You would need to place a new order to get the item(s). 

           2.What is Marabella Bridal cancellation policy?

                       It is important to note that our products are made to order. The production process begins as soon as an order has been placed. However we understand that things happen and you have to cancel an order. Please let us know within 24 hours upon placing your order. If you miss the 24-hour window, you can still cancel your order within 72 hours upon order being placed, but with a processing fee. After 72 hours, we will not be able to accept any order cancellation.
